Abstract

Large samples of

Y_{1}^{*} {(1660)}^{\pm} \to Σ^{0} π^{\pm}

have been analyzed. Little

Λ π

decay is observed, but

Σ π

and

Y_{0}^{*} (1405) π

modes are comparable. The spin and parity conclusion from

Σ^{0} π

study is

{\frac{3}{2}}^{-}

.
