Abstract
The and x rays from ten target elements from Cr to Bi bombarded by 5-MeV/amu particles and N ions were measured by a Si(Li) detector. Energy shifts of x rays and intensity ratios of , , , , and were determined by analyzing the experimental results. The ratio of the reduced -shell ionization cross sections, , showed a systematic deviation from the dependence.
