Abstract
The case is described of a child who presented a slight psychomotor retardation and malformative signs, together with an XYY caryotype, and who died at the age of 7 years from a medulloblastoma, as could be later confirmed by autoptic examination. The relations between chromosomal and neoplastic pathology are described. Keywords
