Abstract
The assumption that, at the equivalence point in specific precipitin reactions, the antigen molecule is completely covered with a single layer of antibody-globulin molecules has been shown to account fairly well for the antibody-antigen ratios of some representative native single proteins, and the pneumococcus S III hapten.Keywords
