Abstract
A modified method is described for identifying genetic susceptibility or resistance of adult chickens to infection by avian leukosis‐sarcoma viruses, by culture of feather pulp cells in micro wells coated with extracellular matrix, infection with Rous sarcoma virus, and assay for virus growth using an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
