Levels ofGe70,72,74excited by the (p,t) reaction

Abstract
The Ge72,74,76(p,t)Ge70,72,74 reactions have been studied at 26 MeV incident energy with an overall energy resolution of 10 keV using a split-pole spectrometer. Many new levels are found below 5 MeV excitation energy. Angular distributions are obtained and comparison with distorted-wave-Born-approximation calculations allow spin and parity assignments. Several new Jπ=0+ levels are observed around 2.5 MeV. The positions of some 2+, 3, 4+, 5, and 7 levels are established.
