Abstract
Dislocation arrays have been observed in deformed germanium using a technique based on the selective etching of lithium precipitates which prefer to nucleate on or near dislocations. Evidence is presented which indicates that both internal Frank‐Read sources and surface dislocation sources are of importance in the deformation of germanium. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
