Abstract
The transition rates for various radiative decays between charmonium states are calculated relativistically. The rates depend considerably on the quark mass and on the Dirac covariants in the potential. The decays may therefore be a sensitive probe of quark interactions. Some numerical results are presented for a linear potential.
