Abstract
Amide determinations were carried out, with a newly developed GLC [gas liquid chromatography] method, on [bovine] thyrotropin hormones prepared by isoelectric focusing. The differences in amide content fully account for the differences in the electrochemical properties of the isohormones. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
