Abstract
Summary By means of paper chromatography and bioassay a highly active material; which may be aldosterone, has been demonstrated in isolated calf adrenal perfusates. Bioassay indicates that the calf adrenal perfusate contains 0.3 μg of aldosterone equivalents per gram of tissue per hour. Keywords
