Abstract
The low-temperature thermal conductivity of Si containing Li-O donors is presented for the first time and is compared to that of Si with almost the same concentration of Li donors. The role of oxygen concerning the maximum of is discussed. The strength of phonon scattering by Li-O-donor electrons is calculated and satisfactorily explains the temperature dependence of at lower temperatures.
