Abstract
Time-series analysis encompasses a wide range of visual and statistical techniques approaches to the interpretations of series of regular data observations. They may be of particular interest in hospice care due to their suitability to the analysis of massive amounts of data on small numbers of subjects — including single-case research. The present article provides a conceptual overview of time-series analysis as it may apply to clinical hospice research. Implications for further development are discussed. Keywords
