Abstract
From native and introduced tree species growing in the North Island of New Zealand, a number of potential wood-staining fungi were isolated and studied. Seven species of Ceratocystis, including Ceratocystis novae-zelandiae sp. nov., one species of Ceratocystiopsis, and one species of Sphaeronaemella are described. Keywords
