Acute Lumbar Epidural Abscess

Abstract
THE diagnosis of an acute abscess of the spinal epidural space is rarely made before onset of neurologic signs, in spite of the fact that the severe back pain generally causes the patient to consult a physician before irreversible neurologic disabilities develop.
