Abstract
Variable quantities of microsomes, ordinary mitochondria and lipochondria were noted in bone marrow cells. Due to the demonstration of these morphological variations, new physiological and pathological aspects are opened up for the evaluation of the functional state of the bone marrow cell. Cytochemical and genetical problems are outlined.
