Abstract
A two-dimensional system of bonding-particles is further investigated by means of the Percus-Yevick integral equation. A detailed comparison between the pair correlation functions of a system of spherical and non-spherical particles is presented. It is found that the main features of the solutions obtained from the Percus-Yevick equation for particles forming three ‘hydrogen bonds’ are consistent with the probable mode of packing expected for such particles. Keywords
