Abstract
It is shown that the presence of an additional magnetic field component parallel to the chains of a one-dimensional planar ferromagnet in a conventional in-plane field changes the stability of the kink excitations and leads to a measurable gap in the dynamical structure factor [ for ] and an enhancement of the integrated intensity up to 50%.
