Sézary syndrome: relative increase in T helper lymphocytes demonstrated by monoclonal antibodies

Abstract
Helper and suppressor T lymphocytes were measured in 7 patients with the Sezary syndrome and 6 patients with mycosis fungoides, by indirect immunofluorescence using monoclonal antibodies. A large relative increase in helper cells was found in the Sezary syndrome, while the results in mycosis fungoides were normal.
