Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 16-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of hepatic and pulmonary masses.She was well until two months earlier, when she began to experience abdominal pain of two types. One was localized in the epigastrium and at times radiated to the right side of the chest and the right shoulder and lasted for two or three minutes; in addition, she had episodes of crampy, nonradiating pain in the epigastrium that persisted for five minutes.
