Consistency relations for compound cross sections

Abstract
Assuming that the compound cross sections are determined by the transmission matrix alone, we prove consistency relations for the case in which two out of open channels are equally absorbing. These consistency relations coincide with conjectures of Moldauer and Hofmann et al.
