Abstract
Summary A method of transcecal long intestinal tube decompression of the small intestine is described. The procedure is simple and very useful for intestinal obstruction which does not respond to proximal decompression. It is also suitable in the management of recurrent intestinal obstruction, and may be helpful as an adjunctive procedure with a Noble plication. Keywords
