Abstract
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Coiling of very small (≤ 3 mm) aneurysms is considered controversial because of technical difficulties and a higher rate of procedural aneurysm ruptures. In this study, we report clinical and angiographic results of coiling of aneurysms 3 mm or smaller in comparison with larger aneurysms in a large, single-center cohort of patients.Keywords
