Abstract
Summary A method for titering mouse hepatitis virus (MHV-2) on macrophage cell cultures has been described. These are made in primary cultures of peritoneal macrophages of PRI mice. With this method it was shown that macrophages from susceptible back-cross C3H mice are just as susceptible as the PRI cells.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
