Clinically Occult Leydig Cell Tumor Presenting with Gynecomastia

Abstract
An occult Leydig cell tumor is described in a patient who presented with gynecomastia. Diagnosis was established by means of testicular ultrasonography and selective testicular venous sampling. The pathophysiology and management of this rare disease entity are discussed.Keywords
