Abstract
A girl with Fanconi's anemia developed chronic myelomonocytic leukemia and hepatocellular carcinoma. At the time that chronic myelomonocytic leukemia was diagnosed, all metaphases of the bone marrow cells revealed a chromosomal translocation involving 1p36. It is suggested that the occurrence of this rare type of leukemia in our patient is related to the chromosomal translocation. Keywords
