Abstract
Pleomorphic adenoma of the palate is a rare entity in childhood. Only 4 cases of this lesion are documented in detail in the literature. We present a patient with this lesion and discuss the usefulness of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the preoperative evaluation. A review of the previously reported cases is provided along with a discussion of the treatment of this lesion. Keywords
