Abstract
The Faddeev equation is generalized to accommodate the Coulomb potentials. This equation may be used even if there are no (short range) nuclear interactions. In the coordinate space, this equation can be solved by the existing computer code for a non-Coulomb problem after a minor modification. This equation may be used also for attractive Coulomb potentials with some care. Keywords
