Abstract
The effects of the digoxin-quinidine interaction on cardiac function was examined in healthy subjects. While serum digoxin levels were elevated, the improved cardiac function due to digoxin evidently declined during combined therapy. An alternate explanation for the changes previously interpreted as enhanced digitalis effects during the interaction is provided. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
