Abstract
1. Eight adult cases of jaundice associated with an annular pancreas have been reported. Two more are added.2. Jaundice and dilatation of the common bile-duct are usually due to recurrent pancreatitis of the annulus and are rarely due to gall-stones.3. The dilated duct should be explored for a stone. It is not always necessary to cut the annulus. A stone impacted in the ampulla of Vater may be removed through the common bile-duct if counter-pressure is applied over the papilla. Keywords
