Abstract
This article presents a framework that is intended to improve the understanding, conceptualization and measurement of international television flows and their effects. The framework has been developed to systematize existing research, to act as a guide for future research into the increasingly complex situation of international television flows and to improve the interpretation of existing and new data on international television flows. Keywords
