Abstract
A modified indirect fluorescence antibody technique was used for the serodiagnosis of Anaplasma marginale infections in cattle. Nonspecific antibodies adherent to infected erythrocytes were removed, using acidic glycine buffer. Evans blue was used as a counterstain.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
