Electroexcitation of giant multipole resonances in

Abstract
A study of inelastic electron scattering from in the momentum transfer range has revealed strong excitations with quadrupole and octupole character which spread over the range of excitation energy MeV. For comparison, a simple shell model calculation is made based on the quasielastic model.
