Long-Distance Contributions to theKLμ+μDecay Width

Abstract
The dispersive two-photon contribution to the KLμ+μ decay amplitude is analyzed, using chiral perturbation theory techniques and large- NC considerations. A consistent description of the decays π0e+e, ημ+μ, and KLμ+μ is obtained. As a by-product, one predicts B(ηe+e)=(5.8±0.2)×109 and B(KLe+e)=(9.0±0.4)×1012.
