Abstract
I.p. injection of syngeneic antitumor serum into mice soon after inoculation of MM46 mammary tumor cells suppressed peritoneal or subcutaneous tumor growth. The antiserum did not suppress an established tumor. This serum was shown by gel filtration to be in the IgG [immunoglobulin G] fraction; not the IgM fraction. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
