Abstract
Peritoneal immune macrophages from C3H mice immunized against syngeneic MM-46 ascites [mammary] tumor cells specifically lysed these tumor cells in the presence of a syngeneic antibody belonging to the IgG2a [immunoglobulin G2a] subclass. Neither immune macrophages nor syngeneic antitumor antibody alone had a cytolytic action on the target cells. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
