Abstract
In bovine colostrum which was defatted and totally hydrolyzed by proteolytic enzymes, the isopeptides .**GRAPHIC**. and .**GRAPHIC**. were identified by ion-exchange chromatography and preparative separation. Isopeptides were identified in 2 of 7 samples of colostrum. It is still to be clarified whether there is a correlation between the amount of .gamma.-glutamyltransferase [EC 2.3.2.2] and the appearance of these crosslinkings. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
