Abstract
Mn-Zn ferrite single crystals were examined by X-ray transmission topography. Burgers vectors of dislocations lie along . The separation of coupled pairs of partials having a/4 Burgers vectors is too narrow to be resolved by X-ray topography and etching technique. Most of sub-grain boundaries lie on {110} plane and are composed of edge type of dislocations with Burgers vector normal to the plane. One-to-one correspondence exists between etch pits and dislocations which intersect with the surface in the range of 40°–90°.Keywords
