Abstract
A recently presented technique is used to derive expressions for the dynamical polarizability α and the optical rotation parameter β which do not diverge at resonant absorption frequencies and nonzero light intensities. The effective α and β are intensity dependent but yield the usual divergent forms in the limit of zero intensity. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
