Abstract
A quantitative study of inter-allelic complementation at the pdx-1 locus of Neurospora crassa, at both both 25[degree] C 37 [degree] C, was carried out. Evidence was found of temperature-sensitivity of heterokaryons between 1 pair of alleles, and this behavior caused the map of complementation at the higher temperature to be non-linear. The interpretation of the locus as a single cistron was discussed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
