Abstract
Poly-L-lysine accelerates the conversion of fibrinogen into fibrin in the simultaneous presence of staphylocoagulase and coagulase-reacting factor. The clot-promoting activity of polylysine in the above system is due to the accelerating action of polylysine on the clotting of fibrinogen by coagulase thrombin.Keywords
