The Marfan Syndrome

Abstract
Cardiovascular complications in the Marian syndrome were found in 30% of 204 collected cases. Three cases with the Marian syndrome, including necropsy findings, are reported. Complications included moderately severe aortic regurgitation, aortic aneurysms, sinus of Valsalva aneurysm and rupture.
