Abstract
Basal excretion of free histamine and percentage of dose excreted did not differ from normal in 16 male schizophrenics. After administration of amino-guanidine the excretory increase of the schizophrenics did not differ from that of normal men. No abnormality of histamine metabolism was detected in schizophrenics. Keywords
