Spin freezing below the nearest-neighbor percolation concentration in Te and Se

Abstract
The very-low-temperature magnetization of Te and Se alloys shows spin-glass behavior for concentrations below the nearest-neighbor percolation limit. This is attributed to short-range exchange and dipolar interactions. New magnetic phase diagrams for both systems are presented.
