Abstract
Summary: Two patients with perforation of the alimentary tract in Behçet’s disease are described. One of these is believed to be the first recorded case of oesophageal perforation in this condition, while the second is one of the few survivors of bowel perforation. The literature, aetiology and treatment are reviewed. Keywords
