Abstract
In recent experience with three cases of regional enteritis of the duodenum, gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage led to operative intervention. Good postoperative results were obtained, even when diseased bowel was utilized for anastomosis. A rapid recent increase in reported cases is felt to reflect wider recognition of this condition. Keywords
