Emission el$eacute$ctronique secondaire d'un monocristal de NaCl bombard$eacute$ par des ions de gaz rares

Abstract
By using a pulse measurement procedure, we have studied the electronic emission coefficient and the energy distribution of the secondary electrons when a NaCl single crystal is bombarded by He+, Ne+, Ar+, and Kr+ ions, the energy of which varies from 1 to 30 keV. The dependence of the coefficient of electronic emission on temperature is interpreted by the interaction of the excited electrons with phonons.
