Abstract
The status of the genera Arthrocephalus and Placoconus is discussed. Careful consideration of buccal capsule characters, host records, and geographical distribution of species belonging to the two genera indicates that Webster has rightly placed Arthrocephalus lotoris and A. maxillaris in the new genus Placoconus. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
