Abstract
For pt.I see ibid., vol.17, no.9, p.1735 (1984). The Lx (x= beta 2,15, beta 6, gamma 1, gamma 2,3, gamma 5, eta and l) X-ray emission widths of the elements Nb (Z=41) to Sb (Z=51) have been measured accurately by using a high resolution double-crystal spectrometer. The lifetime of M1, N1, N23 and N45 holes of the elements Nb to Sb are determined. They are in good agreement with the XPS linewidths. Keywords
