Abstract
It is the purpose of this paper to report the not too widely known clinical symptom of hip claudication and its relationship to aortic and iliac artery occlusions. The importance of aortography in the diagnosis of this syndrome is stressed and a technic is described. The results and findings differ from previous reports in the literature and these variations are discussed. Keywords
