Abstract
Epileptic seizures and resulting incontinence of urine were effectively reduced by reinforcement of incompatible behavior with individual programming within a general token economy system with human subjects. Two treatment phases, including token and social reinforcement, during an 11 wk period resulted in significant seizure reduction. Therapeutic gains were maintained in a 6 mo. follow-up.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
